Kishia is a California native who was raised in the Bay Area. In 2024, Kishia and her family relocated to Fulshear, TX, about 35 minutes outside of Houston. She purchased her first home at a young age and due to that experience developed her passion for real estate so that she could educate her clients. Kishia was first licensed in 2004 and has had a very successful business in mortgage loan originating and real estate sales. In 2016, she passed her Real Estate Broker's exam and birthed Say Yes to the Keys Real Estate. Kishia's partners under the umbrella of Xpert Home Lending to offer a myriad of funding options for her clients. Kishia absolutely loves assisting families with realizing their dreams of home ownership, and developing other agents so that they too can have the freedom of building a successful business. Kishia and her husband Virdell enjoy watching their kids as they compete in football, theater, swimming, track and field, and cheerleading. They also enjoy traveling frequently.

Virdell is a Bay Area native who has a long history of helping others, primarily youth football athletes. He served in his state service role as the Lieutenant over Death Row at San Quentin State Prison for 28 years and prior to retiring he became interested in Real Estate. During a conversation with Kishia he realized he had a passion for helping families and embarked upon the journey of passing his Real Estate exam. Together they find innovative ways to serve their clients and grow together with their team.
